Ways to help      CONSERVATION

Conservation is necessary to protect and maintain the beauty and inhabitence of our oceans and seas, ensuring that future generations are free to enjoy the wonderment and endless surprises the underwater environment and all of its amazing creatures has to offer. National Geographic teamed up with PADI to promote consideration of marine life through good diving skills and awareness. For more information on conservation skills in diving.

CLEAN BEACHES

The Marine Conservation Society, MCS, work to secure a future for our living seas, and to save our threatened sea life before it is lost forever. MCS works to clear our seas of the rising tide of rubbish that is so dangerous to sea life, including seabirds, whales and dolphins. MCS works to reduce the overfishing which is devastating the life in our seas, and promotes sustainable seafood alternatives. Our work ensures that the sea's rich wildlife can be restored, fish stocks grow more plentiful, and our beaches and sea water become cleaner.
